At present, we are the Exclusive Level Components distributor for Southern Ontario. We hope not to upset the Local Bike Shop (LBS) with what Bikeophile has to offer. Many LBS's believe that offering mail order is a cancer to the industry. This view point is business focused, and we do not agree with it. Bikeophile believes in being consumer focused. By offering low prices with ease of availability, those riders who may only have access to one or no shops can now have the same benefit as the consumer who lives in a major city. This is healthy competition that breeds growth in the sport we all love.
We offer free shipping in Canada, and allow for local pickups in the Toronto area. We do ship to the USA as well, so our neighbours can take advantage of the exchange rate.
