I ride a recumbent trike and have been told that I'm hard to see when being approached from the rear. I do have two bright orange flags on the rear, but still they don't see me..... Some of these folks are probably on a cell phone or maybe just brain dead. So I'm thinking that I need a strobe light. It will be battery powered and visible from at least two blocks back....hopefully more....what say you thankx

What recumbent trike do you ride?
Stuck on Bents
I use this on the tail of my BikeE. Folks including cops have told me how much more it improves visibility at night, and fog. I also use two red blinkies attached to the seat back. I wouldn't leave home without it. You can also attach it to your right arm if you don't want to attach it to the trike. I use a lithium ion battery which lasts for months before it needs recharge. I commute 18 miles rt at night every day. Good luck!!
