Today I had an experience never had before. I got a new bike after 6 months of no-exercise period( school work's fault). I live halfway on a slope of a hill, so there is a slope of about 150 meters at about 15 degrees down before I reach flat ground. So today I decided to take ot for a ride and also to buy some stuff which is only about 1km away.
Total distance is 2 km, and I "died" only at 1/3 the way up the slope. Latic acid overtook my will and my whole body's muscles were deoxgenated. I could ride for hours none-stop on uneven terrains but ended up like a total loser after 6 months of slience.
So the moral of the story is: keep regular exercise!
BTW, it was also the first time riding this bike on a route I have never tried before.
