What's the big difference? One has a shell on the lower foam and a visor (f107 Plus). The other doesn't and is 40 bucks cheaper. Am I missing something? If you know anything about these helmets, please help me out. Thank you.

Most of it is marketing. The shell on the lower part of the helmet will make the helmet a little stronger, but that means they probably just took out some of the foam and/or put some more holes in. As for the visor, I have never had any use for them.

Hope this helps. They should protect about equally if they are sold here in the US and have passed CPSC.
