I need to have some careful work done on my nice bike-- things I don't have the tools for like retapping, facing, check alignment, etc.

Can anyone recommend a really good mechanic in the Baltimore (or even DC) area? They would have to have a complete tool-set-- everything short of a frame-maker.

Please note that I don't want dis-recommendations, I only want to hear about POSITIVE experiences.

Mt Washington bike shop on falls road in baltimore, or Fleet street cycles in baltimore. I have dealt with one and one recommended the other, so I think that both are honest. If they can not set you up right I would be very surprised.
