Or I guess for anyone else who may know this. What is the name of the tendon, I think it is a tendon, that connects the front part of your tongue to the bottom of your mouth? My roommate had a late night vigorous tongue workout with his girlfriend and now that tendon hurts. We can't think of the name. Thanks in advance.
One time I was chewing on a pen, and for some reason was pushing against my front teeth with it when it slipped off and tore that little piece of connective tissue. It hurt like a mofo. But it healed pretty quick. I think I was in about 4th grade at the time, and had yet to discover those late night toungue workouts that you mention.
