So I've got a set of Nitto 123's on the way and need to make a shim for my 26.0 stem.
Beer can? Best way to cut without slicing fingers?

Sheet metal cutters and gloves. Actually scissors will probably do. Good luck.

easy, cut it around the bottom with a utility knife, then score it around the top.
cut it up the middle w/ scissors and then tear it along the score at the top.
cut to shape with scissors.

Make sure to drink the beer first. Better yet, drink about 4-6 cans, that way you have extras in case you mess a few up cutting them :D
