Hey everyone, sorry if this question has been covered. I was wondering--can Campy 10spd ergo levers be used successfully with a Shimano 9spd drivetrain? I guess it depends on whether or not the levers control the number and position of the derrailure(sp) stops or not. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

JeffYeah, but you have to use an alternate cable mount at the RD as described in an article a www.hubbub.com 'Gearing a tandem' I think. The levers are only part of the senario. There is derailer throw ratio and cog spacing considrations too.
