Just though I would spread the word to Ramones fans. Houston PBS is showing it April 26th. Check out pbs.org and look for independent lens.

Great Pic !
A band I guitar tech / roadied for back on the 80's had some gigs opening
for the Ramones. They where just great, down -to- earth, real people !
The first time I saw Joey he was playing pinball on the upper deck of Ripleys in
Philly and even though I had seen them play I had no idea how tall he was up
close ! Wow !! Like a mutant praying mantis from a japanese movie devouring
the pinball machine !!

Its hard to believe they are gone.

Yeah, I guess Marky was playing with "The Misfits" or what's left of them. I used to be in a bunch of bands and it's amazing to see how much of not only their music, but also the Clash and others is still contingent to the sounds of today...the only problem is that the 'newer bands' pay no respect to their influences. The question remains, who is going to save rock and roll?

Many thanks for passing this on, Spider! Damn, but I miss the Ramones. I still have Johnny's guitar pick from an Austin show back in the late 80s. Hard to believe three of the original four are gone.

After about 4 minutes, I felt unworth of watching it. Only because I wasn't wearing my old black leather jacket.
