Well wouldn't you know, just as I start back into riding faster this year and getting into my rides, I go and do a stupid thing...
At my father in-laws I was stepping off of his porch and there was a hole with a drainage ditch that was hidden by grass so you couldn't see it, my left foot went on to the side of the hole and my foot/ankle formed a nice LOUD L shape, loud cracking/snapping sounds ensued and I was restrained enoughed to not yell out loud, but down I went and two days later the out side of my ankle is sticking out farther than my other one. I think it is just sprained, badly sprained, as I can walk on it without too much problem but I'm not sure if I should subject it to riding too soon?
It plainly sucks as I just put on a Vetta computer and logged in a little over 30 miles...
Any one with an experience something similar?
