General Cycling Discussion - No School = Much Riding

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I'm finally out of school for the year! Yes! Are you aware of how much riding you can do when you're not in school? It's very, very much, let me tell you!

This why I like being a teacher. I'm pretty much off from May to September. I do have a summer course this year -- two hours twice a week! It almost makes up for he crap I have to put up with for the rest of the year.
Way to go Velo! Hope you get many, many thousands of quality miles this summer.

I'm off this coming Friday! Just got to write 5 more exams in the next three days eek!
I'll be buying my first road bike this summer and I intend to ride every single day - or at least the days when I'm not working
As for working? I got a job at a bike shop! woohooo....guess my summer is working out pretty well :)

Velo, Kenneth... Well, if you ever get up to Montreal and want to put some pain on a bunch of old farts, you can ride with my posse. Me? I've got almost 4,000 km for 2002... things are going well...

Yeah, I agree velo now that its summer I can do more riding. Unfortunatly its not as much as I want because I have to have a job to fund my habit. Cycling is worse than a drug.:D
well i have been out for two months now. So the lots of riding has been going on for a while for me. and the dreaded summer job.
