I know the Tour de Georgia has most of the top Americans right now but
When was the last time an American didn't ride the LBL.
The early start lists had Freddy R. and Patrick McCarty.
Now the latest list has no Americans at all.

I think big Georgie can win it. ;)
Anyway, Boogerd with Sinkewitz and Valvarde on the podium.

Good question bikercr, sorry I can't be of any assistance.
I like Boogerd as well Laggard, but I'm always weary of his finishing kick, Amstel Gold '99 notwithstanding.
I'll go with Rebellin to repeat; Boogerd, Di Luca and Vicioso to fight out the podium places.

Valverde
Rebellin
Bettini

I like Georgie, but expect him to not make the final move. :(
Di Luca is the hot wheel at the moment.

Agreed, though I think he's sufficiently pissed off enough to kick even harder.
I'm not sure that Rebellin is completely at 100% yet. Bettini is also dealing with a stuborn illness. I just can't see him in the top 5. I very well could be wrong though.

Di Luca is on fire, but he's going to be well marked. Valverde should show well.

Di Luca is in the zone........he'll be on the podium, unless there is a funny break.
Maybe Telekom should block the road with their bus? Drastic measures are needed!

Wasn't Di Luca uninvited from the Tour de France last year becuase of a doping scandal?

T-Mobile finally get's their pro tour win. Great job by Vino and Voigt!
I agree with Laggard. Would've been something to for Jens to win, but Vino is the man.

Two men you don't want in a breakaway ahead of you: Vino and Voigt. Great finish by both. Nobody in the peloton could respond. Kudos to Cadel Evans for a fight to the finish.
What happened to Aitor Osa? Tell me he didn't step down.

Great win for Vinokourov. Jens Voigt is awesome.

It was also nice to see Bettini show a little form at the end. Good sign of things to come.

Bettini flatted on La Redout ...OLN misses stuff again, go figure... so he must be really coming into form to flat, get a wheel change and get back on at that time.. when the majority of the field including some big names got blown off the back... then being able to bridge up with Boogard... it was mostly Boogard doing the work but still...
