Ive got chain stay brake mounts but i want to put the as seat stays.

have u guys got any tips on wat i should do ?

I think the only way to do this would be to weld some mounts to your seat stays.

990 plates are available at most places

this is true, but this kid probably wants them on the bottom of the seat stays.

You can mount a 990 plate on either side of the seatstays.

i wasn't serious. i bent two front axles and snapped one of the bent ones

if you opt for the 990 plate method make sure you use hose clamps to anchor the plate and prevent flex. the stock bolt that most use flexes like crazy
