Hi world,

I am 35, from Montreal.

After a long brake without doing biking, i decide to restart this year with my new bike.

I will mostly do training and long ride.

By the way, i love this site i alway find answer to my questions.

I just bought last month a Giant OCR1 2005 !

I planned first to warm-up a bit "first month" and get started to do about 4-5hrs training
per weekend around 150km, Hudson to Lachine.
