hi from victoria, BC - was on the highway today, saw a cyclist packing his bike - because he had 2 flats. The hi-way workers creating lots of debris on road - not a good time to be training or commuting the well used road.

Also, the drivers are NOT slowing down...the signage is very messed up. Since privatization, there seems to be a consistency in bad road resurfacing and bad line re-painting. The road shoulder is mixed with the right hand lane :eek:

This construction is from Sayward going North towards Mt. Newton. hope this helps...
