I snapped a photo of mine as a 'before' cuz I'm curious about how different the 'after' will look when I'm even part way done with this tour.

Maybe some of you will find this thread a bit weird, but then you must not have seen thread/poll about sitting or standing when ya wipe.

Post a pic for a comparison later on down the road, or just to show off your leg power.

Anyway, this is a totally strange thread. Who really wants to see other bikers legs, anyway? :confused:

It was pretty gross, but I laughed anyways. I should point out that when the photos of the colmmbine kilers were published recently, I looked at them while waiting in the checkout line. Couldn't resist. However, the leg photos were even more gory. Where the hell did you find that photo anyways?

Ok everyone. I have enjoyed the entertaining replies to this thread, now I will contribute a couple "after" photos. The "Before" photo was taken before starting my trip in Alaska, June 2002. The "After" photos were taken after reaching Panama City, January 15, 2004.

The mileage is about 11,000 so far, from Prudhoe Bay to Panama City.
Hours? I have no clue.
Tires? Maybe 6 including the ones on right now. Chains, 4 I think. Tubes? maybe 10.
