Does anyone know of any websites with a good collection of stretching exercises, complete with detailed instructions, pictures, and possibly also mini-movies to show how they are done?

I don't know any websites, but this is a really good book that gives you stretching routines for a variety of sports:

Machka- PLEASE get to amazon.com and get Bob Anderson's book called "Stretching". It is the best book out there. It gives a lot of stretches, breaks it down by sport, and gives beginners to advanced options so you can work at increasing flexibility. It also gives illustrations for each type of stretch.

This is one of the best sites for stretching and a variety of exercises.. No video but great pics.. One of my favorite exercises is the hindu squat..

It seems more geared towards body building, but if you're looking for a stretch of a particular muscle group, it seems great. I especially like the body maps.

Second that. It's also got that late-seventies/early-eighties vibe going for it.

Go to allbookstores.com and find for less.
