Just an FYI for people living here in NYC, in today's amNew York on page 19 there is a listing of bike month activities starting tomorrow through early June. There are also a couple of listings for dates later in the year, such as the cycles messenger world championships in early July.
If anybody is interested in possibly meeting up for the May 7 Bike to the Bronx Bombers , let me know. Bike to the game, free valet parking for bicycles, and the Yankees, sounds like a good day to me. I'd like to do the ride to Shea the next weekend as well, but, alas, i'll be a solid 30mi. from the nearest form of civilization, snug in my tent :) Most likely an even better day.
