New member on the BF. 40 year old father of 11 year old daughter who got back on the bike in 2000 in order to get in shape (aerobically) for a hunting trip with customer. Went to the US Criterium Championships in Downers Grove, IL and realized I needed to race again (during college at Ball State, but not a pedal stroke for 16 years). Since then 4 bikes added to the stable, 1 broken collar bone, 35 lbs lost(but I've found 5 of them again) and 20-25 races each year (road & crits).
