Tandem Cycling - Single Speed, Coaster Brake Tandem?

My wife & I are looking for a single speed, coaster brake tandem for casual, 'round town riding (A plus would be one with a "girl's bike" frame design in the stroker position - or maybe something like a 'mixte' set-up). Fat tires, fenders, baskets, kickstand(s) would also be cool. The ultimate would be a curved tube frame "ballooner" tandem.

Does such a 'cruising' tandem exist, and, if so, where?

Old Schwinn's, Roll Fast's and Columbia's available at yard sales etc, would be the cheapest way to go if you can find one. However, I think there are some odd brand low cost ones still being manufactured. Your LBS may have access to them. Worksman, I think, is one company that still makes that type of tandem. There may be others. If I find them, I'll edit this post.

For a few more bucks you can land the 24 speed Wildwood Tandem cruiser from Diamondback for $630 that is also quite cool:

You could surf Ebay or visit www.TandemMag.com/Classified to land an older Schwinn Twinn cruiser but they weigh a ton (70-90lbs) and by the time you put on new tires, etc... you can spend as much.
