Hey. Im new to biking and im looking to upgrade from my friends old cannondale beater. I live in the middle east and they only offer TREK's and Scott's. I like the scott store a lot better, they actually know what they are doing. So any one here own a scott or had any experience with one. Im looking into getting a Yecora. MTBR doesnt have any reviews.
Scott used to be a well respected brand untill they pulled out of the US market. They were gone so long that many here have never heard of them. From what I know and have seen Scotts are excellent bikes on par with Trek or any other major brand. Enjoy

Scott make some really nice bikes. Nice light frames and good all round value for money. I will probably get a Scott for my next bike.

It isn't so much of a comeback as a reintroduction to the US market. They never stopped making great bikes for the overseas market
