Anybody have any experience with the pannier from Two Wheel Gear? http://www.twowheelgear.com/index.html (TwoWheelGear.com) It looks like a specially designed garment bag to go on a rear rack. What do you think?

Looks a good solution to a specific need, but I onder how flexible it is in terms of storage. I haven't tried one (I keep a couple of suits at work so ordinary panniers carry shirts etc.)

I agree that it doesn't look like it has the flexibility of regular panniers, but if you need a garment bag for your bike it might be just the thing.
But I'd want to see an actual-size template before I bought one, so I could check heel clearance on my bike. That think looks big!
