OK, so this accident involved a motorcycle and not a bike, but nevertheless...
A guy on a motorcycle stopped at an intersection and a gravel truck pulled up behind him and stopped. Thinking the cycle had gone through, the truck pulled forward and proceeded through the intersection completely running over the man and his cycle. The last I heard he was in critical condition.
