I have yet to adjust the air in either my fork or swinger on my dakar. I have a shock pump but am unaware of the correct way to safely do this. Any advice in regards to factory settings and the actual process of adding/draining the air. Thanks. :D

btw - I have a Jamis Dakar xlt 1.0 and I weigh 175 lbs. The bike is mostly used for freeriding and some XC.

Your bike should have come with manuals for the suspension components. If not go to the manufacturer (of the shock and fork) and download them there
