Does one exist? I do not want one that just clamps to the seat post as my seat post is Carbon Fiber.

But I need some way to carry what I need to work if I am gonna try to commute.

Check out OMM. There are others as well. A search should turn up a lot of info.

The Carradice SQR system is kinder on seatposts than cantelevered racks.
You may have to downgrade your post for the commute and get a cheap al one.

I ended up getting a Delta Mega Rack Universal, link here (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=112&subcategory=1079&brand=&sku=7445&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=) , from Nashbar, and despite it's description not including clamps for the seat stay, it actually included them. It's adjustable as well, though I had to work it a bit to get a fit on my 25" frame.
