I have a had my bike for about 1 month and I know there has to be some sort of lube in the forks. Not too sure if this is something I need to add? If so what is the best and the best way to do it?

It's a good idea to lube the fork. Visit your LBS and ask them to show you some good lubes; the guy at my LBS told me to get pretty much any "Teflon" lube. Anyway, I've noticed increased performance from the fork (RST Gila T5 :)). How to add? No damn idea but I just squirt a little under those external rubber things and some on the lower part of the stanchions. Trial and error. ;)
