Zoom makes one. I believe I recently saw it on Performance and/or nashbar's catalog.

What stem length are you looking for. I have a 90 mm length by Coda (black).

Profile, Dimension, Salsa all make nice pop-top quill stems

-Looks like thier search engines a bit goofy

AEBike has great prices and pretty fast turn around. Stuff I order from tem generally arrives within a week.

Salsa still offers a wide variety of options; any LBS can get you one or try the aforementioned internet channels.

Quality Bicycle Products has a huge selection of Profile Boa quill stems. You can order online through Harris Cyclery or have your LBS order one. I'm about to order one for my MB-2.
