Mountain Biking - need help choosing bike.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hi im kinda new to mountain biking, and im looking mostly for a bike thats good on jumps and stuff, i also might be doing a bit of actual mountain biking and i dont want it to be too heavy so climbing wont be hard. so in all im looking for a bike thats light and can handle pretty big jumps and stuff, i was looking at mabye the kona coiler, and the ellsworth joker. but i think they might be a little too heavy.

The coiler would probably be a good al around bike. Strong frame, nice brakes, a bit heavy, but it makes up for it in strength.
