Thanks for all of your emails: after considerable research I decided to support my fellow Canuck (as I'm also originally from Toronto Ontario) and Mike has, from my research, a nothing less than stellar reputation....so it'll be like an Atlantis but a tad faster handling...it will be interesting to see what comes out of our talks as we get closer to the actual production date (october or so), as like many builders, he's got more than enough business.
