Hello Everyone This My First Post.

I Have A 1994 Saracen Rufftrax And Last Week While Riding Got A Grinding Noise From My Rear Hub (a Grimeca), I Took This Apart To Find 2 Bearings Broken In Two. I Bought Some 1/4" To Replace Them But Found They Were Too Big. 20 Bearing Came Out 10 From Each Side Of The Hub, I Took These To The Local Bike Shop Who Said They Were 6mm Bearings And They Have Never Heard Of These Before. Does Anyone Have Any Experience Of This With Grimeca, saracen Or Any Other Bike.
I Can Find No Reference To 6mm Ball Bearings So I Thought They Could Be 7/32" But These Are Abit Smaller Than 6mm, The Other Thing Is That 10 Ball Bearings Fit Perfectly In Each Side And No One Has Seen That Before.
Any Thoughts Because I Am Totally Lost.

Thank You

Maybe the manufacturer, Grimeca, would be helpful. They make a lot of motorcycle parts; maybe a motorcycle shop would be worth a 'phone call.

That's news to me!
I'd check your local yellow pages to see if there are any bearing suppliers in your area. They might just have exactly what you need without having to reach the MFR. Bring a bearing with you so they can confirm & match the size.
Good luck.
