I really need to be careful about burning. I can use heavy sunscreen most everywhere except face. Even the sunscreens I've tried that are supposedly non-zit-producing are too greasy & cause problems. A hat would really be the best thing, but then what about the helmet?

This may be a question without an answer... but I thought I'd see if any of you out there have found some workable solutions or some products that actually are as non-comedegenic (sp???) as they claim to be. Thanks in advance for any info or suggestions.

Try Solumbra. They make clothing for outdoor use that are designed to protect you from the sun. I think the web site is Solumbra.com
For your head you should try wearing a Headsweats skull cap under your helmet and wear a helmet with a visor.
Hope you find something that works for you 'cause sunburns are a pain.

if you are concerned about burning then you should be looking for sunBLOCKS not just sunSCREENS.

i love the 30+spf Coppertone Sport.
it is worth the cost.

I use a sport sunblock- 30.. Waterproof, greasless. Your nose and cheeks about the face, adjacent sunglasses- really gets it. Even with sunblock on.. It feels as if these areas are really dry and dehydrated..
My question. The area does not seem burned. Is the sunblock working?? Maybe with sunblock on, the sun still dries the skin..?
