These are exactly the kinds of folk's that need to get back on bikes and then made to feel
comfortable there once again. Cycling is NOT the exclusive province of the wanna be racers
or young people. The Dutch know that as does the rest of Europe. The U.S. lags very far
behind when it comes to bicycle utility / commuting useage.
