This is the second time I've seen this bike locked up at the train/bus station. Today I had time to go get my camera and snap a picture. I should have left a note--I'd really like to talk the person who did this to the bike. The picture angle doesn't show the stem very well and I'm not sure what parts were used for the stem/handlebar extension. Its quite a setup.

I've seen worse. But it's water cooler talk anyway. :p

EDIT: Gotcha. Didn't know it was against the rules. Makes sense, I see how it could be abused.
