Since everyone's always talking about energy bars, I thought I'd ask about what sports drinks you all like.
My favorite is Reebok water, unflavored. It has electrolytes and vitamins, plus I can put it in my Camelback without worrying about having to scrub out green fuzz at any future date. ;)

I really hope to try the Reebok drinks, always liked Reebok stuff. However, they are not selling them here, I think. I drink Sportade, a drink in Singapore for Team Singapore.
I use Smart Fuel. I use there sports drink, as well as there recovery drink. Both taste good and are packed with the good stuff. :)

Enervit man, Enervit- it WORKS!!!!. MAPEI and other teams use it too. It's BIG time in Europe.
I thought sport drinks were bunk till I tried this stuff, it even has vitamins, malotodextrin (slow carbs), and minerals in it. I don't like to ride without it now, I feel better, have more power and energy and looser muscles!!!
Enervitene the liquid food/energy suppliment is INCREDIBLE! After shot of it, (1/2 a pack), on a recent ride, I went from "off the back" to attacking in two miles, no sh*t!!!

You finally convinced me, I gotta try this stuff. If only someone local carried it...
During the ride: Cytomax or Accelerade.
Immediately after strenuous rides: Endurox R4

dextrose and maltodextrin are fast absorbing carbs. that is why they are in many MRPs for quick protein digestion.
