Hello
Ive logged 4000 miles since I guess about december . Id say Im in peak condition at this point . So , Do I back off a bit ? Or keep on pushing the limits of my own mind ? Dont want dead legs in aug or sept .
Peace
:)
Well, what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Racing? Fitness? Load testing tires? :)
The answer depends upon your goal. Biking is supposed to be fun. Don't overthink it.

Nahh, you're doing just fine. I think you are on your way to getting stronger, and I for one wish I had as much compulsion to get out.
6 500 km in 5 months is ~ 300-350 a week.
Not sure how you define "peak condition" based on this training workload.
