what color would you prefer The Black Look Cleats or the Red Look Cleats, I have used both of them I prefer the black Cleats over the Red one,

As someone said in a poll of mine: Red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red...
I too have used both. The red cleats have a little float for my biomechanically imperfect knees. Any loss in performance is negligible. If I were a pro, and had an expert to set up my shoes, and every difference made a difference, maybe I'd risk the black ones.

I have the black cleats on both pairs of road shoes but am considering trying the red ones to see if my riding (climbing, cadence, ??) improves.
Any thoughts on what the differences might be other than more float with the red ones?
