As you have probably worked out this thread is about getting of your bike, mid-ride, and taking a pee...
This seems to be happening more often these days. No problem when you training solo, but quite irritating when training in a large fast group. I am refering to myself here. The normal rule of thumb says approx a bottle every hour (750ml-1000ml)- This is off course in normal weather conditions. I have slavishly followed this rule without any problem the last 18 years, but recently this equation has failed me, not to mention making me look like a incontinent geriatric....(no offense to the latter)
What is going on here I wonder. Do you really need less water after you turn 30, or should I be (pee?) concerned...?
