Hello:

I have a question, I have a bone right below my knee and it hurts after 10 miles or so. This just started to happen not to long ago. Any ideas on what can help me with the pain?

Thank you!

Make sure your seat height is in the ballpark and or spin faster in a lower gear.

Also some riders need cleats with more float and you may have alignment issues that
need to be corrected with cleat wedges. You can experiment or get a proper fitting.

Oye Boricua! Ice after your ride might be a good idea. I have pain in my right knee (from running) which some time come up while riding, specially if I'm pushing higher gears.

All of the above may be excellent advice. Following it may indeed solve the problem. I wouldn't let too much time go by though while feeling pain before I requested my doctor's opinion. :)
