Does anyone know the nine cog sizes for the Shimano CS-HG50-9, 9-speed, 12/23 cassette? Is this a standard sort of thing? If so, can someone list it?

Do you really need the 12? Few people do. I prefer the 13-23 which has the 18, a more useful cog, IMHO. 14-25 is even better.

Im too looking for a hill friendly cassette. Currently have a 12-21 dura-ace setup. Would love a 13-25 cassette, ultrega would be fine.

Ultegra 6500 9spd Road comes in: 13/23; 13/25; 14/25.
Your LBS can order them from QBP --and probably other distributors. They are stock Shimano. Retail is about $55.00

I have on my DA 11,12,13,14,15,16, 17, 19 and 21, I seldom used the 11, I alway use 14,15 16 and 17 on my crank its 39

It's Quality Bicycle Products. They are strictly a wholesaler to bike shops. Most shops know them as either Quality or QBP. They are one of the largest distributors in the States.

The 14-25 is a standard configuration but not all that easy to find. Harris Cyclery usually has them or ask your LBS to order. The five or six lagest cogs are held together by a pin. You can grind the peened end off to disassemble. I do this to replace worn cogs and to replace the 25 with a 28 or higher for extreme situations. If you disassemble a cassette with cogs pinned together be very careful with the spacers. Unlike other cassettes which are sometimes held together with tiny allen screws, which usually have aluminum spacers, these are a pressed fiber material that breaks VERY easily Which brings up another point. Before you start grinding, check both ends of the pin/screw carefully. The allen heads are tiny, like 1.5-2 mm. If you see any hole at all, try a tiny allen wrench first. If both ends are smooth, rev up the Dremel tool. The end of the pin at the smallest cog is usually the head. The end at the large cog is peened and takes a lot less grinding. If you have read Sheldon's writeup you know that the pins and screws are strictly for ease of installation whe bikes are being assembled. You can leave them out once you have removed them.
