I'm a 21 year old student from california. Not too sure about biking to school but I plan on riding to work. Problem is I don't have a bike yet and my thread in the BMX fourm is being thoroughly ignored.

The search function helped me some so thanks for the info thus far!

Are you really looking to commute on a BMX? My thought is to look for a hybrid or a road bike for that kind of thing. I don't think too many BMX folks are doing it for the commuting. You feel me? ;)

I don't want it primarily for commuting. My commute to work isn't even a commute. By car it's 5 min or less, it won't be a problem for me.
