I can't seem to get off the bike without dragging my foot across the top bar! :D

Anyway, it's getting pretty scuffed...the paint seems to be pretty thin, and I've gone through the blue, and through the white primer, and am getting some ugly grey and black splotches in that area.

Is there something I can do to touch-up an aluminum frame without repainting the whole thing? Should I be using armorall or wax or something to protect the scuffed areas?

For chips I use nail polish (black was easy to find but the deep yellow took some searching :) ). Clear nail polish will adequately protect.

In theory exposed Aluminium may eventually oxidise to the point that it causes structural damage, but in practice this is likely to be many many years longer than the life of the frame. Basically any treatment is pretty much cosmetic.

Can your LBS get you some touch-up paint that would match?
