There is a movie, about 20 years old, about a man and his girlfriend who travel with and support the man's brother's cycling dreams. They follow him through hilly terrain in their van. As I recall, the brother is in some way mentally challenged, and the only scene I remember for sure is that he started bleeding from his ear as he rode hard. I'd really appreciate a name. Thanks.
