What do you mean by stiffness? Do you mean the spring weight or does your fork twist?

My friend has an 03 Jr. T and the factory setting is so easy to bottom out. He is about 95lbs and he can bottom them out off a 1ft drop. How can he fix this?

Increase the oil height.

If increasing the oil height doesnt help enough, try changing one leg with a firmer spring at a time until it feels good.

Ok....definately get a shop to look at it. Marz can soemtimes come with low oil heights. But at that weight I wouldn't think he should be able to bottom it out, sounds like he is landing front wheel heavy or the spring is broken, jrT's are not that easy to bottom out.
Also, with the poor damping, jrT's can sound like they are bottoming when in the fact the oil pressure got so high in the fork that is clunks like a bottom but doesn't in fact reach bottom.
