Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Drag Race NYC (Lucas Brunelle vid) made it on compfused

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

If you don't know what compfused.com (http://www.compfused.com) is, check it out. They host a bunch of crazy/funny/"extreme" videos found all over the internet. Things like motocycle crashes, awesome skateboarding clips, fights, kids being crazy, etc. Anyway, messenger types and those who race on the streets have made it among the ranks of the daredevils and crazies. Check it out! (http://www.compfused.com/directlink/770/)

i saw lucas's "monster track" and "rumble in the bronx" videos last night at the bicycle film festival and they were amazing! i've seen several of his vids online before, but it's so much more enjoyable watching them in a room full of 400 people who all gasp and oooo in unison!

i can't get this vid to load for me...

Hehe, I'm pretty sure the reaction over at car forums is the exact opposite. ;)

HEy folks....Check out Lucas' site. We've been cringing at some of these videos for months now...You can actually download them to your own PC if you want to watch them that way instead of streaming.

Oh, man, "Big Dig" would be SOOO awesome, all that brandy new pavement. Just think of the speed and smoothness that that would give you.

Yeah, I submitted a vid to compfused that involved a staple gun, latex gloves, yard sticks, bungee cords, and cooking oil. They never put it up though.

They were an Audi RS4 and I think a BMW M3 in Europe. Both pretty healthy 400+ horsepower cars. I personally am into cars but I rarely speed off a track. You just take too many other peoples lives in your hands. But it is pretty sick to do 150mph...

Pray for me this october when I do the MS century cause they let us go through the lincoln tunnel. It's a steep drop, completely paved, smooth, and a tailwind most of the way down. If I can hit 65, I'll be happy.
