dont get so hostile man. its not like your the king of mountain biking
im just asking how to stop the rotors rubbing as ajusting the red knobs still makes the pads touch the rotor

Rotors need truing every now and then. It's pretty simple -- with clean hands and a crescent wrench, spin the wheel and look for high and low spots between the pads. A little tweek here, a little tweek there, and you're spinning straight.

Pads should be adjusted to get the braking feel you desire, and not be used to clear an untrue rotor. That'll surely leave a frown on your face.

ah this is driving me mad now i took the pads out to look at and stuff and now i cant get them back in!

dont worry i found out you have to put them in that spring bit then insert them into the calliper
