Hi Everyone,
My name's Erin, and I'm a 27yr old female from Michigan. I've been riding/racing my Kona Kula Mtb for a year now. So I'm fairly new to the whole sport but have thrown myself into it head first (literally a couple of times...lol) and love riding. I joined Bike Forums because I only have a couple of people in my life that ride... and all my other friends nod off when I tell stories or talk about mtb-ing...lol. So I figure this could be my outlet to talk about bike stuff, and ask questions of more experienced riders.
Have A Good One!
-Erin :)

Welcome, from another Michigander. Where do you usually ride?

Hello to you both and thankyou for the warm welcome, Pman & seely. I usually ride Island Lake Recreation Area, Pontiac Lake Recreation Area, and Lakeshore Park (aka Novi Tree Farm). You?

I'm out at Yankee Springs or Cannonsburg State Game (yuck) more often that not. Cannonsburg is getting vastly overused, unfortunately, and its not a real great trail to begin with.

Cool yeah, I rode Yankee for the first time in April @ the TT. I loved it. Fun Trail. Never ridden Cannonsburg though, and now from what you said ... i might never...lol. Ever do any racing seely? How long have you been riding?
