Hi Folks:

Have made a couple attempts to submit an introduction and have had a little trouble getting them to post. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'll use this one as a test without writing out my entire message.

I am a 50 year old Arizonan and run an ISP. My office landlord is my LBS and is in the same building. Pretty convenient. Huh?

Doctor told me last September that I was diabetic and need to lose weight and exercise. Went next door and bought a Giant Sedona DX.

Been lurking in bikeforums for a while now and have learned a lot. Looking forward to learning more.

Thanks for the nice welcomes.

Hello Carl and welcome to the Forums. Your story of health challenges sounds familiar. Cycling is about conditioning the whole body and it's fun too.

Sorry you're having difficulty with your posts. The bunch here across the board is real friendly and informative.
