Training & Nutrition - Found a great way to train...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Throw 50+ pounds of camera gear on your back and hop on your bike! :p That sure slowed me down. Seems like it was great work for my legs though, which need a little boost :)

50 # of camera gear???
I'm afraid to bring my digital camera on my bike. It might get ripped off.
Wow!
50 lbs!
I thought adding my Medic Alert necklace was going to break the camel's back:p

yeah. Photography is my occupation at the moment. A medium format body, 35mm body, digital body, tripod, light meter, and handful of lenses can get heavy pretty quick. 50 might be an exaggeration :p, but I have weighed it in a 40 before with a little less gear!
I had a few projects around the city, and figured it would be easier to get there by bike rather than drive. It turned out to be harder than I expected!
