so i picked up a used gary fisher "tasajarra" today for $200..let's just say someone would have to convince you that this bike is used because it honestly doesn't show signs of even being ridden. anyways, i just have to say..it is awesome! i know it has gears..blabh blah blah but that is besides the point..THE POINT! getting to ride off the street is ruling my life right now. it is filling this biking void that has been in my life recently. i'm probalby going to make it single speed just because i don't really need gears in florida since it's so flat but yeah..riding off the street is great. so who else gets the urge to get off the pavement oreinted bike every now and then?

i get the urge to hit the trails every now and then too..but when I do..I do it on my SS Mountain bike...Its a really rare occassion that I dig out my Campy 10speed road bike and put on my Roadie persona. I actually JUST sold it as well to make room for my new fleet of track frames in my condo.
