Hi, running (slow):-) is my first love but as I age (now 47) I am learning the benefits of cross training (I have also been taking a yoga class - wonderful!!!) Bought a Marin Trail bike about a year ago (I don't ride trails but live and bike in a rural area without much shoulder to the roads and the wider tires have just helped me feel a little more secure when I have to get off the road to avoid a vehicle) and now have on order a Trek WSD 1500 that I should have by the middle of next week. I am looking forward to lurking and learning :-) I love the sense of humor in this forum (i.e. butt buttr)
